Tara

International Production Manager

Tara is a Film Writer, International Production Manager and Director. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies from the University of Warwick in 2016, and later with a Master’s in Directing from Met Film School, UK, in 2018. As a full-time freelance filmmaker, she has worked on a wide range of films, adverts, music videos, and documentaries.

Her short film The Shadow of Cairo has screened at over a dozen international film festivals, including Oscar-qualifying ones such as Cinequest and the New York International Children’s Film Festival, where it was a finalist for the Jury Award for Best Short Film. Her latest short film, Alone With You, premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Chicago International Film Festival, where it was nominated for Best Narrative Short, and has since toured a number of other international festivals. Tara has directed a six-episode docuseries, produced a Czech true crime series shot in Hurghada, and served as Creative Producer on the Ramadan television series Selet Rahem in 2024.

Mustapha

Local Producer

Mustapha is a Local Producer with a strong presence in Morocco’s film and media production landscape. With more than a decade of experience, he has managed and supported international shoots across genres, ranging from reality television to cultural documentaries and branded campaigns.

His production credits include collaborations with NHNZ Worldwide, Smithsonian TV, and WICKED DELICATE LLC, contributing to films and series filmed in Morocco for a global audience. Mustapha has also led productions for National Geographic Channel, where his understanding of cultural nuance and technical requirements proved invaluable. His feature-length film Siga was recognized with multiple international awards. Beyond production work, Mustapha has played a central role in community-based storytelling initiatives, including directing the Skoura International Festival for Oasis Heritage. His ability to connect local crews with global networks makes him a key figure in North African media production.
